EveryDay training

As an organisation dedicated to training and development, Portfolio aims to provide everyone, at all levels, with the right skills and knowledge needed to excel in the PR industry.

We call it ‘EveryDay training’ because it’s a continuous and two-way process – we all share our knowledge and experience with each other every day. With no closed doors and an open plan environment, senior people are there to provide support and guidance. 

We also run a carefully targeted programme of internal seminars, and provide external training courses for the acquisition of in-depth knowledge.

And each new employee is assigned a personal development mentor (PDM), ensuring their progress is monitored and reviewed, helping everyone realise their full potential.
